1. Pressing F1 Key
The F1 key is located at the top left corner of your keyboard. You can use this key to access help options in any application. To open the help menu, press F1 key.
2. Start Menu
The start menu is where everything starts. You can access programs, documents, settings, and even games. To get started, click the small arrow at the bottom right corner of the screen. Then select “All apps”. From here, you can search for any program you want.
3. Cortana

5. By using Windows Contact Support app
· Open the Start Menu
· Click on the Search icon (looks like three horizontal lines) at the top right corner of the screen.
· Type “Windows” in the search box.

· You will now be able to access the Microsoft Customer Service portal.
· Go to the “Support Center” tab.
· Click on “Get Started” button.
